Our Primary carrier is USPS and we also rely on our secondary carriers (UPS and FEDEX) to handle our shipments. Do note the shipping cost on the box label reflect partial payment of total shipping cost involved.
Damaged / Missing Shipment: Please report it to your Mail Deliver and request a claim number. SEG27.com must be notified within 5 days of this claim. Once the claim is settled and all parties are satisfied we will reship the merchandise but it will take 2 to 6 weeks.
Out of Stock Items: If the item you purchase is out of stock or out of your size or on back order you may:
Choose a different size and or color
Wait until its been stocked again
Request a full refund

Button Up Jackets: Purple and Pink ones are Augusta Brand
Jacket Stitching on the pullover jackets the letters across the front or embroidered through the pocket. Also on some Crossing jackets and Satin jackets one pocket may be stitched together because of the jacket size and the letters wouldn’t fit in the space on the front of the jacket without stitching the pocket.
Blazers must be sent to us for embroidery to our Montgomery, Al location
